A Global Hospitality group who is a long-term partner of Dataquest were seeking a more effective way to engage with their customer base, as emails in recent years have become too impersonal. The Hospitality group reached out to Dataquest to see if we could provide a solution and of course we did.
Dataquest knew that letters have a better engagement rate compared to emails, so we suggested a mailing solution. As Dataquest is a Royal Mail authorised seller of franking machines we recognised the incredible benefits this technology has when it comes to engaging customers.
Having a digital franking machine gives the added capability of personalising a letter and attaching your banding. Another benefit of using a Franking machine is the MailMark technology which offers the cheapest tariff available, helping to reduce costs when mailing in high volumes.
Dataquest completed the transition seamlessly across the hospitality group. Each step was closely monitored by our Project Management team and they remained in close contact with the group throughout the project allowing for a smooth flow of communication for both organisations.
The implementation of the new fleet of machines has alone reduced the hospitality group’s operating costs by £10,000 per annum, this includes; a reduction in annual support, reducing rental equipment and overall postal spend.
