What Do I Need?

This role is a senior member of our team, so you’ll need to have a strong track record in Managed Print and Document Management Solutions, with the ability to demonstrate clear success in previous roles. You must be highly target-focussed and have a real passion for new business.

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you’ll need to:

  • Be highly sales driven (a sales ‘hunter’);
  • Be committed to delivering outstanding customer service to clients, with a consultative approach and the ability to effectively diagnose client-problems and translate into solutions;
  • Use of ethical sales techniques, building long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity with current and prospective clients;
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques;
  • Be resilient, persistent and proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What Will I Be Doing?

This role is hands-on and varied with plenty of autonomy. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Actively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities using a range of prospecting techniques;
  • Attending and preparing for meetings with prospective clients, ensuring you fully understand their business needs to identify suitable products/services then, using this information to prepare tailored presentations and quotations;
  • Working within the Company Sales process;
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs and Sales targets, actively contributing towards the success of the business;
  • Sharing your knowledge and expertise with the wider-team, supporting the Director of Sales to develop more junior team members.
