Chris has over ten years industry experience, seven of those as an integral part of the Dataquest team. He manages the day to day running of the sales team and our strategic sales approach for SME customers. He is also responsible for managing a number of key accounts.

National Accounts Director

Peter has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to his appointment at Dataquest, he held a senior position at reseller where he first met and worked with our co-founders. Peter is a member of the board at Dataquest, manages our national and corporate customer portfolio, as well as many international brands, including installations across eleven countries.

Randal Hughes

Service & Operations Director

Randal has over 28 years’ service management experience with a leading manufacturer. At Dataquest, he is responsible for orchestrating the resources that deliver our industry leading service. Over a third of Dataquest’s personnel are technical and in addition to these, he also manages our customer help-desk, contracts and billing.

Lisa Cartwright

Billing & Contracts Manager

Lisa has over 10 years’ industry experience, primarily in Customer Service & Billing Management. She joined Dataquest in 2011 as a member of the Customer Service Team and was promoted to the position of Billing & Contracts Manager in 2014. With a team of five, she oversees the processing of all Dataquest Contracts into our bespoke systems, along with ensuring the accurate collection and billing of all service revenue for the business.

Cliff has 20 years’ experience in the industry. His team monitor Dataquest’s performance from a customer’s perspective and their processes help ensure business retention. This critical work spearheads the Company’s process of continual improvement and quality to help implement changes in line with developing customer requirements.

Chloe is a highly qualified generalist HR professional with five years’ experience across a range of industries. Responsible for partnering with management to source and recruit talent to support Dataquest's growth, maintaining a high-performance internal culture and improving employee relations throughout the organisation. Chloe also ensures all HR processes and activity is aligned with the business culture and organisational needs.

Kyle Wilson

Head of Operations

Kyle joined Dataquest in December 2016 as Head of Operations, where he is responsible leading Project Management on a day to day basis. Kyle has over 20 years’ experience working within IT. He spent five years working within IBM in an MSP environment, providing a Service Delivery and Project Management role for the desktop support function across a number of blue chip accounts including Legal & General, Jones Land LaSalle and DEFRA. Kyle is ITIL and Prince2 qualified, and his appointment has seen DQ improve from what was already an excellent service delivery operation.
