The leading care provider (LCP) recently finished a three-year business mobile contract with EE. While they were happy with the service, they missed having a personal touch. One of our Account Managers knew LCP for over ten years and contacted them to provide a business mobile solution.
After a meeting, LCP agreed for Dataquest to add 156 new mobiles for the group.
Changing your mobile supplier is never easy and switching from EE to Dataquest has its challenges. Thankfully Dataquest’s expert team managed the entire process. The project remained on target and met the timeframe given. Furthermore, Dataquest provided the LCP with a personal Account Manager who stayed in close contact keeping them up to date on the progress of the project.
